★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tough full-body workout. Friendly staff, efficient process since they provide water, towel and shoes. Juice bar very high quality. Instructors are high-energy and play good music (different for each instructor). A high end concept done very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Are you looking for a workout that has you pouring sweat, gasping for air and smiling? Then look no further than Rocycle! I've been going to Rocycle almost daily since I moved to Amsterdam. The facilities are very nice, clean and modern. Friendly staff will greet you when you walk in, check you in and provide you with your shoes and/or water. Then head to the nice locker rooms to get changed, stow your stuff in a row of free lockers and head into the room. Once in a gre as t instructor will take you on an aerobic journey on the bike. The classes range in intensity but everyone can make each class their own. I like the morning classes to start my day with a sweat and some time for thoughtful reflection which is woven into each session. Then take a quick shower, use their nice shampoo and conditioner and head out. Oh and did I mention that it won't break the bank?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to give ypu a boost of energy while burning hundreds of calories. Is a kind of spinning classes but where the whole body moves, at the music rhythm. The instructors are full of energy and I reco.mend to at least give it a try! You need to book in advance the class and to assign a seat. There is only one room with. The conditions are superb. Air conditioning, very very clean space, bathroom and showers, and electronically lockers for your things. You will use their towels and theirs cycling shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's addictive. Lights low, music up, and Ride! Intense workout with motivating instructors. The facilities are nice-from the workout room to the hall with lockers to the bathroom/showers. I like that they provide a towel and spinning shoes, too. I tried a session for the first time with the Strong15 afterwards, which is a 15 minute strength training on mats outside after the spinning class, and it was challenging. I more than got my money's worth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Switched a couple of months ago and totally love it. Great location, clean, corona measures in place. The workout space is super cool. Dark, well airconditioned, fab music system. Feels a bit like entering a club.. Service level is high, genuinely friendly at check in, always someone around to help you with your bike, fresh towel... Workout is more than an average spinning class; more variety and it includes weights for your upper body as well. Instructors are all top-notch, positive and motivational. It's simply fun and effective. Can def highly recommend! Booking via the Rocycle app is super easy. Go for it!

Rocycle was the first spinning studio with this particular concept to open in the city, and while more have popped up, nobody does it like Rocycle.
Best cardio workout in the entire city!
