Dan is dit het bedrijf voor jou!! Gefeliciteerd met jullie 'geweldige' service Rofra a.k.a Nano Interieur. Zo ga je niet om met klanten. Lange termijn denken is niet jullie insteek. Verkopen en de klant vervolgens laten stikken is jullie oplossing. Je geld heb je immers toch al. Onpersoonlijk ellende bedrijf zou jullie naam moeten zijn. Are you looking for a company that does not meet its agreements? Not communicating with the customer? And deliver their stuff without any form of communication until after 3+ months? Then this is the company for you !! Congratulations on your 'great' service Rofra a.k.a Nano Interieur. You don't deal with customers that way. Long-term thinking is not your approach. Selling and then choking the customer is your solution. After all, you already have your money. Impersonal misery company should be your name.

(50 euro per zitplek x 8= 400euro (!!!!!) Sinds februari vraag ik jullie om de voorwaarden van mijn afgenomen verzekering. Maar jullie wuiven de claim weg onder vage argumentatie. Ik ontvang graag de voorwaarden van de vlekken verzekering! En april kwamen ze al binnen en ik ben echt zeer tevreden! Want wat ze daar ook doen is ze denken met je mee over hoe je het wilt hebben. De kers op de taart was, ik had €500,- teveel betaald en de volgende de dag hadden ze me gebeld om te zeggen dat ik teveel had betaald hoe chill is dat!! Want zij kon ook haar mondje dicht houden en voor zich zelf houden nou dat is pas integriteit. At the beginning of January I ordered a TV cabinet, coffee table, dining table + 4 chairs, in short, a set of the Matzoe brand. And they already came in April and I am really satisfied! Because what they do there is they think with you about how you want it. The icing on the cake was, I had overpaid € 500 and the next day they called me to say I paid too much how chill is that !! Eerlijk gezegd waren wij wat huiverig na het lezen van de recensies, maar alle negativiteit hebben wij absoluut niet zelf ervaren. Alle gemaakte afspraken zijn nagekomen en de services was goed, zowel in de winkel, aan de telefoon als bij de levering. Onze complimenten. Wij zijn heel blij met onze aankopen, dat mag ook zeker gezegd worden! Het zijn mooie producten, ontzettend goede kwaliteit, ze zijn op tijd geleverd en ze voldoen precies aan onze verwachtingen. Heel goed en leuk geholpen door Louisa. Bank is helemaal top! Our new beautiful sofa was delivered today. More than 5 weeks earlier than said. So fantastic. I am very satisfied with rofra home. Very good and nice help from Louisa. Bank is absolutely great!

Been now 3 months AFTER contractual delivery, yet order still partially delivered and every time they make a new appointment the delivery company brings damaged goods! Absolutely poor quality of the goods, not value for money. Plus the order has been paid in full months ago and still no one cares enough to deliver or simply cancel the order and pay the money back!!!!
