★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RGA is truly an amazing gym, the team really take care of you and help you to be on your best jiu-jitsu journey. Everything is explained well and the classes are very interactive. I also really like the fact that it is combined with yoga classes, which really compliment the jiu-jitsu. The location is also great as it is in a kickboxing gym, so there is a dedicated area for yoga, gym and rolling. Afterwards you can grab a coffee or refreshment from reception. The owners truly pour their hearts into this, and you can feel it :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great team atmosphere! Francesco's teachings focus on the fundamentals and the details to sharpen those techniques. When you come to roll you can expect a friendly, respectful and competitive environment. Yoga classes before No Gi classes provide much needed mobility for those stuck joints from the heavy rolls.
