★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechts een simpele vraag is niet te beantwoorden door dit bedrijf. Je moet verplicht naar een wederverkoper toe om antwoord te krijgen. Dus onder aan de keten beginnen voor een simpele vraag.... wederverkoper moet weer aan distributeur gaan vragen die het weer aan fabrikant moet gaan vragen.... Wat een service..... anno 2019 kan dit stukken beter!
Gelukkig wisten ze in Duitsland me wel ondertussen antwoord te geven dat het product niet in het assortiment zit, die weten in ieder geval wel hoe het werkt!
1 ster is zelfs nog te veel!
Only a simple question cannot be answered by this company. You must go to a reseller to get an answer. So start at the bottom of the chain for a simple question .... reseller must ask the distributor again who will ask the manufacturer again .... What a service ..... in 2019 this can be much better!
Fortunately in Germany they did meanwhile answer me that the product is not in the range, at least they know how it works!
1 star is even too much!
