Wel van mijn stoel gevallen vd prijs. En zeker als ik zie dat je voor 2 afstandsbedieningen en omvormer 350 vraagt, terwijl je dit voor nog geen 100 euro hebt

β β β β β Zeer slecht bedrijf, nooit mee in zee gaan.
Op de website staat " No Cure No Pay"
Nou echt niet, je wordt van te voren gebeld dat je gelijk voorrijkosten en arbeidsloon moest betalen.
Ze vragen verschrikkelijk hoge bedragen ,voor niets.
Er kwam iemand, misschien 5 minuten geweest
Niets gedaan en kon gelijk al betalen.
Hij zei dat de motor kapot was, hij had er wel 1 in de bus leggen.
Ik vroeg wat kost hij , β¬695 ex montage .
Ik zei, dat is wel erg duur , ik had van te voren al een beetje rond gekeken en een hele goede motor van Somfy kost nog geen β¬300.
Heb hem de deur gewezen en moest gelijk β¬85 aftikken,VOOR HELEMAAL NIETS. BELAGELIJK
Ze doen maar wat de bedragen kloppen niet, het zijn gewoon oplichters.
Vandaag een ander bedrijf geweest en hoefde niets te betalen voor advies en de motor voor de helft .
Een nette prijs afgesproken en originele Somfy motor.
Dus mensen begin er niet aan

Well, really not, you will be called in advance that you immediately had to pay call-out costs and wages.
They charge terribly high amounts for nothing.

β β β β β Service, klantvriendelijkheid, stiptheid ... dit zijn maar 3 van de nog vele meer zaken welke ik over Romass kan zeggen. Na een supersnelle interventie de echte oorzaak van het probleem opsnorren en rechtzetten --> "geen grote issues Mijnheer, Uw drukschakelaar is kapot, dat is alles !" Topservice tot in de puntjes en een easy fix als gevolg, Romass, jullie hebben een vaste klant erbij. Groetjes Mathias Van Herck (Edegem-BelgiΓ«)

After a super-fast intervention, discover the real cause of the problem and rectify it --> "no major issues Sir, your pressure switch is broken, that's all!" β β β β β Monteur was vriendelijk maar de rekening was minder 69β¬ voorrijgeld vragen vinden wij uiterst duur ondanks jullie aangeven dat jullie dicht bij ons in de buurt (Turnhout) een bedrijf hebben. Uurloon 94,38β¬, word per minuut aangerekend, werk 34min nazicht, Totaalprijs 122,80β¬ voor niks want het probleem bij de poort is nog juist hetzelfde, conclusie NIET tevreden.
The mechanic was friendly, but the bill was less than β¬69. We find it extremely expensive, despite you indicating that you have a company close to us (Turnhout). Hourly wage 94.38 β¬, is charged per minute, work 34min check, Total price 122.80 β¬ for nothing because the problem at the gate is still exactly the same, conclusion NOT satisfied.

β β β β β Snelle reactie en reparatie is ok maar toen ik de factuur kreeg gepresenteerd, zakte mijn broek af. 600 eur betaald voor vervangen van kabels en bodemconsole. Uurtarief van 100 eur/uur. Ik denk dat een advocaat mijn poort heeft gerepareerd. Mijn poort kostte 2000 eur destijds, ik kon misschien beter direct een nieuwe bestellen. Dit is geen reklame voor het bedrijf, jammer
Fast response and repair is ok but when I was presented with the invoice my pants fell off. 600 eur paid for replacement of cables and bottom console. Hourly rate of 100 eur/hour. I think a lawyer repaired my gate. My gate cost 2000 eur at the time, I might be better off ordering a new one right away. This is not an advertisement for the company, sorry

β β β β β The engineer turned up at 6:45 and was rude on the phone. No one told us he would be arriving at this time and as you can agree this is too early without notice. 345 euros cost for him to just fine one shutter which barely needed anything. Joke of a company, avoid at all costs!!!!

β β β β β I've scheduled an appointment , during the call I answered all the questions about where the window is located , my proposal was to sent a picture of my window but they did not agree on that.... In the appointment day they arrived and in less than 2 minutes they saw the windows (I have a cover to protect the shutters) and they don't touch on the covert protection , (they arrived in 2 vans and after these 2minutes they were just chatting in front of my house) they told me that it was my work to remove the cover (I just hire a company because I don't have all the tools) and after that they charge me EUR 160 euros (in the appointment the price was EUR 68.00, the invoice they charged me for a 2x extra hour tax ) after 3 calls, they sent me a new invoice EUR 173 adding administration costs... for 2 minutes visit... well... in their website there's an advertisement "No cure no pay..."
I spend almost 3 days to received a call from them to confirm that was a mistake from their side.
I regret having scheduled the technical visit, it only gave me a headache and I almost lost money without having the problem resolved!
