Tevens installeert hij oude, gebruikte materialen en vermeldt ze op de offerte als nieuw. Op slinkse wijze stuurt hij de factuur naar een oud-bewoonster toe met verzoek tot betaling van een onredelijk hoog bedrag. Gevalletje oplichting dus.
 This gentleman charges absurdly high prices for installing a toilet bowl and some other little maintenance kisses. He also installs old, used materials and lists them as new on the quotation. He sends the invoice to a former resident in a devious manner, requesting payment of an unreasonably high amount. So a case of fraud.
