R	Roel Elsinga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op de site staat: voor 17.00 uur besteld, dezelfde dag verzonden. Nu heb ik gisteren 03-01-2022 voor 17.00 uur een paar wandelschoenen besteld én betaald. Helaas pas vanmorgen een verzendbevestiging ontvangen. Dus, lezers, geloof niet wat er op de site staat: het is een lokkertje. Ze kunnen niet aan hun beloften voldoen. En ja, ik heb screenshots van de bestelling en van de betaling gemaakt, zodat ik mijn bewering kan aantonen. Een teleurgestelde klant die voor het eerst iets op deze site bestelt, en misschien ook wel voor de laatste keer. Nadat ik de reactie hieronder van de eigenaar las, wil ik graag reageren. Ik had in mijn reactie minder negatieve woorden kunnen gebruiken. Fijt blijft wel dat wat er op de site staat niet klopt, althans in mijn geval. Dat de zaak vervolgens mijn aankoop eenzijdig ontbindt, lijkt op rancune, en mag ook helemaal niet. Mijn aankoop heb ik netjes betaald, en dan heeft de verkoper gewoon leverplicht. Ontving ik kort hierop een mailtje van Ronald dat de schoenen toch niet op voorraad waren. ..hoe doorzichtig. Waren nog gewoon te bestellen via de site .. Maar fijn voor het bedrijf dat de meeste reviews zeer positief zijn. Mij zien ze niet meer als klant .. The website states: Ordered before 17:00, shipped the same day. Now I ordered and paid for a pair of hiking shoes yesterday 03-01-2022 before 5 p.m. Unfortunately, I only received a shipping confirmation this morning. So, readers, don't believe what the site says: it's a lure. They cannot keep their promises. And yes, I have made screenshots of the order and of the payment so that I can prove my claim. A disappointed customer ordering for the first time on this site, and perhaps for the last time. After reading the owner's comment below, I'd like to comment. I could have used fewer negative words in my response. It remains to be seen that what is on the site is not correct, at least in my case. The fact that the case subsequently dissolves my purchase unilaterally seems like rancor, and is not allowed at all. I have paid for my purchase properly, and then the seller simply has a delivery obligation. Shortly afterwards I received an email from Ronald that the shoes were not in stock. ..how transparent. Were still available to order via the site.. But it's nice for the company that most reviews are very positive. They don't see me as a customer anymore.
