Binnen een half uur was de inventarisatie al klaar en binnen 2 werkdagen de uitslag al binnen. Ik kan Rontrex van harte aanbevelen. Well organized from A to Z. Clear and fast information both by phone and by e-mail. Stijn was at the door exactly 1100 hours. The inventory was ready within half an hour and the results were already in within 2 working days. Tips: wellicht iets meer tijd besteden aan de inhoud van de rapportage. Tops: Company responds quickly and people are friendly. Agreements are properly fulfilled. Communication is fine! Tips: perhaps spend a little more time on the content of the report.

Zijn nu 3 maanden verder nog geen gekregen, steeds weer nieuw excuus(bij na vragen, zelf contact opnemen is er niet bij) . Als het niet gaat lukken prima, maar dan graag eerlijk over zijn. Asbestos inventory went quickly and professionally. However, getting a quote afterwards for the remediation together with rebuilding the roof is a drama. Have not been received 3 months later, always a new excuse (after questions, contacting yourself is not there). If it doesn't work fine, but please be honest about it.

In vergelijking tot 2 andere partijen was Rontrex het voordeligst in termen van prijs. Maar ook de informatievoorziening was uitstekend en de sanering werd goed georganiseerd. Rontrex has proved to be an excellent party, both for the asbestos inventory and for the asbestos remediation, which involved the use of a contractor. Compared to 2 other parties, Rontrex was the cheapest in terms of price. The information provision was also excellent and the remediation was well organised.

Onze situatie bleek complex met later pas zichtbaar worden van allerlei asbest waardoor de rapportage een aantal keer aangepast moest worden. Ruud van Rontrex heeft enorm meegewerkt, zich flexibel en ontzettend behulpzaam opgesteld. Grote pluim! In Rontrex we have found a very nice inventory partner. Our situation turned out to be complex, with all kinds of asbestos only becoming visible later, so that the report had to be adjusted a number of times. Ruud van Rontrex was extremely cooperative, flexible and extremely helpful. Big kudos!

Ondanks enkele onverwachte tegenvallers hebben zij de klus binnen de afgesproken tjd uitgevoerd. Mocht ik nog eens soortgelijke klus hebben dan zal ik dit zeker bij Rontrex weer een offerte opvragen. Rontrex Asbestos has removed an asbestos sewer from us. They have done this according to agreement and as desired at a competitive price. Despite some unexpected setbacks, they completed the job within the agreed time. If I ever have a similar job again, I will certainly request a quote from Rontrex.

Vanaf het begin prettig contact gehad, erg duidelijk en alles snel in gang gezet om de werkzaamheden zo spoedig mogelijk uit te kunnen voeren. Alles is netjes verwijderd en ook de communicatie achteraf verliep goed. Rontrex has taken care of the asbestos removal in our attic.
