Especialmente por la mañana es difícil en esta zona encontrar un sitio para tomar café Nosotros encontramos este después de dar muchas vueltas el domingo por la mañana. Lo recomiendo Cozy cafe restaurant where you can have a drink at any time. Erg jammer, maar niet meer hetzelfde. Since the acquisition by the new owner, the same campsite is no longer the same. (Almost) No more hospitality and the loose atmosphere has disappeared. Very unfortunate, but not the same anymore.

Hier komme ich gerne wieder es lohnt sich. Sehr schön zB. Für einen Angelurlaub oder einfach mal ruhe genießen. Am Wochende gibt es häufig kleine Events mit Livemusik natürlich Niederländisch oder auch Englische texte. Dann ist es beim Restaurant rappelvoll und wenn man zu spät kommt dann kann es schon mal sein das man von die leckeren Speisen nicht mehr alle bekommen kann. Für Kinder gibt es auch einen Spielplatz und Natürlich die Badestelle am Reitdiep. Einen überblick kann mann sich auf der Internetseite verschaffen. Very nice campsite operators. R	Ryan Oliveira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOP camping met super goed eten (eco) en een grote gastvrijheid , mooie rustige omgeving aan het reitdiep en toch dichtbij de stad groningen . zomers rodehaan live , meerdere malen bezocht en je ziet echt verdraaid goeie muziekanten vanuit de hele wereld maar ook veel uit nederland , bands vlak voordat ze doorbreken , erg goeie boeker ! ik raad aan rode haan te bezoeken en gun uzelf de rust . TOP campsite with super good food (eco) and great hospitality, beautiful quiet area on the reitdiep and yet close to the city of Groningen. summers rodehaan live, visited several times and you see really darn good musicians from all over the world but also a lot from the netherlands, bands just before they break through, very good booker! I recommend visiting Red Rooster and give yourself a break.

Qua omgeving genoeg mogelijkheden voor leuke routes. Ook erg goede prijs (44eu voor 4u varen). Rented a boat on Sunday afternoon. Choice of different types of boats. We had a boat with 5hp, perfect condition and wonderful pillows on it. In terms of environment enough options for great routes. Also very good value (44eu for 4 hours of sailing).

We like campsites with that certain something. It doesn't have to be a luxury. Places with heart and soul are our favorite places and that's what we found here.

Een prachtige combinatie van camping, prima eten en leuke muziek. Een culturele oase temidden van het Groningse platteland. Heel verrassend om op een zomerse zaterdagavond te kunnen genieten van goed eten en daarna te worden getrakteerd op (in ons geval) heel aanstekelijke muziek uit Mexico city. Een extra eyeopener was het publiek dat in grote getale was toegestroomd en overduidelijk genoot van de band. (Houd er wel rekening mee dat het culturele programma slechts in het hoogseizoen wordt aangeboden. De rest van het jaar is het er een stuk rustiger.) Ook opvallend was de snelle en attente inzet van de bediening die iedereen op plezierige wijze van een hapje en drankje voorzag. De aan- en afkondiging van de band door de eigenaar was al een show op zichzelf. En dit allemaal mee te maken in Roodehaan! I WROTE THIS THREE YEARS AGO.
