★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine booking a valet parking space on Wednesday for the following day. Departure 6:40 a.m. Then you try on around 4 pm at booking day, as is also suggested, to reach the operator of the parking lot several times to discuss the handover. However, all telephones are switched off. Then you will discover the notice on the operator's website that it may be "closed".
Would you have relied on everything going well and everything going smoothly the next morning? Or would you have organized a parking space elsewhere so that in case of doubt you would not miss the flight if it didn't work? I guess you will.
ROOSH. Online alias FLUPARKS (Airport-Parking-Platform) will not pay any reimbursement for misleading behavior by business partners. Doesn't sound particularly customer-oriented to me if the only argument in the entire discussion (5 Emails with support team) is the reference to the terms and conditions. After sending an SMS (day of departure) to the operator that I haven't reached him and I want to cancel my reservation the support team isn't accepting it.
Thank you for the insight into your business conduct. Obviously you are doing so badly that you “fight” a customer like me for 22 EUR.
However, ROOSH alias FLUPARK will not refund the paid services for a frequent flyer like me. Never again.
