 Good price-quality ratio. Amicable atmosphere. At my request a mouth cap was worn. Neat 1.5 meters between customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier kunnen ze goed knippen. Ik vertrouw niet snel iemand met het knippen van mijn haar, maar bij Roots heb ik eindelijk een kapper gevonden die ik kan vertrouwen.
They can cut well here. I don't easily trust anyone to cut my hair, but at Roots I have finally found a hairdresser I can trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik zou deze kapper niet aanraden. Helaas niet helemaal tevreden over de service. Werd geknipt door een dame en had bij haar niet het gevoel dat ze het met aandacht, betrokkenheid en passie voor het vak deed. De man (ik denk eigenaar) kwam vriendelijker over.
Aan eind van de knipbeurt werd gevraagd wat ik er van vond, ik gaf aan het nog wat lang te vinden. Waarop werd geantwoord dat ik had gezegd dat ik de puntjes er af wilde en ze dat had gedaan. En daarmee was het klaar. Ik vind dit geen goede service.
De prijs bleek ook hoger te zijn dan op het bord in de zaak en op de website stond, zonder dat mij dit was verteld. Hier werd ook niets mee gedaan toen ik erover belde.
Al met al ontevreden over deze kapper en mijn zoektocht naar een fijne, betrokken kapper gaat verder.
I would not recommend this hairdresser. Unfortunately not completely satisfied with the service. Was cut by a lady and did not feel that they did it with attention, involvement and passion for the profession. The man (I think owner) came across.
At the end of the haircut you were asked what I found from it, I gave it a little longer. The answer to which I had said that I wanted to finish the dots and did it. And with that it was ready. I don't find this good service.
The price also turned out to be higher than on the board in the case and on the website, without me being told. Nothing was also done here when I called it.
All in all dissatisfied with this hairdresser and my search for a nice, involved hairdresser continues.
