M	Marjolein Vos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas erg slechte ervaring gehad met dit bedrijf. Vw polo gekocht, remmen en schijven krom naar een hoop gedoe hebbe ze het vernieuwd. De distributie ketting maakte herrie maar dit was niet zo zeiden ze. Nu net na de garantie maakte de auto mog meer herrie na laten kijken door eigen garage en de bougies verroest, verbrande olie in de filters , 3 x gespoeld en nog niet schoon. Waterpomp was lek, dit kan niet in ene zijn. Alles is vervangen dus uiteindelijk nog een dure auto. Maar ja interesseerd hun niets. Kortom koop hier nooit een auto Dan krijg je een review terug dat ze hem hadden willen maken ..zoals jullie kunnen lezen. Oke dan was misschien de ketting vervangen en klaar. De bougies waten verrot de waterpomp was lek daar zat een gat in....cadan was kapot kost alleen al 200 euro. Hadden ze dit allemaal netjes gezien en gemaakt. Niet heel vreemd na de remmen actie wat echt niet fijm verlopen is, lees ik had hem gekocht met kromme remschijven en dat was echt niet 1 2 3 opgelost, was mijn vertrouwen wel weg en weet zeker dat ik hem alleen met een nieuwe ketting had teruggekregen en de rest was blijven zitten. Uit coulance heb ik dus gevraagd oke als alleenstaande met 3 pubers stort mij dan alsjeblieft het geld wat ik bij jullie kwijt was geweest maar nee hoor dan hoor je in ene niets meer dan is er niemand thuis. Erg jammer dat je zo met klanten om gaat. Unfortunately had very bad experience with this company. Vw polo bought, brakes and discs bent to a lot of hassle, they renewed it. The distribution chain was making noise but it was not so they said. Now just after the warranty, the car might make more noise, had it checked by our own garage and the spark plugs rusted, burnt oil in the filters, rinsed 3 times and not yet cleaned. Water pump was leaking, this cannot be in one. Everything has been replaced, so in the end it was still an expensive car. But they don't care. In short, never buy a car here Then you get back a review that they wanted to make ... as you can read. Okay then maybe the chain was replaced and done. The spark plugs were rotten, the water pump was leaking, there was a hole in it .... the cadence was broken, costing 200 euros alone. Had they seen and made all this neatly. Not very strange after the brake action which really did not go smoothly, read I had bought it with curved brake discs and that was really not resolved, my confidence was gone and I am sure that I only got it back with a new chain and the rest was left. Out of leniency, I asked okay as a single person with 3 adolescents please donate the money I had lost with you, but no, then you will hear nothing more than no one is at home. It's a shame you treat customers like that.

Op een zeer complete en netjes geformuleerde vraag kreeg ik een mailtje zonder interpunctie of afzender maar met een bot antwoord terug. A little communication training wouldn't hurt here. Er wordt meteen meegedacht in oplossingen wanneer er zich een probleem voordoet. Wij hebben alleen maar lof over dit bedrijf! Er kan natuurlijk altijd iets aan een auto mankeren, maar dit bedrijf denkt en werkt mee aan een oplossing! Beautiful VW Polo bought at Rosa Automotive!
