F	Fatos Oztorun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meest klantonvriendelijk, arrogante en liegende salon waar ik ooit ben geweest. Ik ben zo slecht behandeld. Ik heb vooraf gebeld voor acryl met French tip. Dit kon zeiden ze en we hadden een prijs afgesproken. Bij aankomst veranderde dit. Het zou 20,- duurder worden dus in totaal 60,- omdat het 'met de hand gedaan moest worden' en het heel veel tijd zou kosten. Dit werd allemaal op een hele boze manier gezegd. Toen ik uiteindelijk zei nadat ze meerdere malen aan het zuchten was en boos in dr eigen taal aan het praten was tegen haar collega zei dat ik dan maar normaal naturel acryl wilde (makkelijker bestaat niet) had ze ineens alleen Solar? Aan de telefoon vroeg ik duidelijk om ACRYL. Toen zei ze nou jammer hebben we niet alleen Solar. Toen ben ik opgestaan. VRESELIJKE SALON! KOM HIER NIET! Most customer unfriendly, arrogant and lying salon I have ever been to. I've been treated so badly. I called ahead for acrylic with French tip. They said this was possible and we agreed on a price. This changed upon arrival. It would be 20,- more expensive, so a total of 60,- because it 'had to be done by hand' and it would take a lot of time. This was all said in a very angry way. When I finally said after she was sighing several times and angrily talking in her own language to her colleague said that I just wanted normal natural acrylic (it doesn't get any easier) she suddenly only had Solar? On the phone I clearly asked for ACRYLIC. Then she said too bad we don't just have Solar. Then I got up. TERRIBLE SALON! DO NOT COME HERE!
B	Berna Karakus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel erg jammer van Cindy. Ben vaker hier geweest! De laatste keer heb ik pedicure laten doen zonder gellak of iets. Meteen na de pedicure deden mijn hielen pijn. Maar dacht kan gebeuren! Dit werd de volgende dag erger. Mijn hielen waren rood en super pijnlijk. Dit heb ik vermeld via de app, maar helaas heeft de eigenaar niet eens de moeite genomen om hier antwoord op te geven. Na een oaar dagen opnieuw een app gestuurd zonder reactie! Denk gewoon dat ze teveel hebben weggehaald aan mijn hiel, dat had niet mogen gebeuren! Super slecht en raad het niemand aan om hier naar toe te komen! Sorry voor mijn review! Very sorry about Cindy. Been here many times! Last time I had pedicure done without gel polish or anything. Immediately after the pedicure my heels hurt. But thought can happen! This got worse the next day. My heels were red and super sore. I mentioned this via the app, but unfortunately the owner didn't even bother to answer this. Sent another app after a few days with no response! Just think they took too much off my heel, that shouldn't have happened! Super bad and don't recommend anyone to come here! Sorry for my review!
J	Jacolien Damhof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas ben ik ook niet tevreden over mijn behandeling. Ik heb Biab nagels laten plaatsen, maar dat ging zo ontzettend snel en gehaast. Er werd mij niks gevraagd en mijn nagels waren snel en niet netjes gevijld. Ook de biab is binnen 3 dagen al afgebladderd. Het lijkt wel een grap, zo niet tevreden! Jammer, het was anders ideaal geweest voor mij omdat het zo dichtbij is. Unfortunately, I am also not satisfied with my treatment. I had Biab nails placed, but it went so fast and rushed. I was not asked anything and my nails were filed quickly and not neatly. The biab has also peeled off within 3 days. It seems like a joke, if not satisfied! Shame, otherwise would have been ideal for me as it's so close.

B	Bartlomiej Zoppi Sadowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, she gave appointment for 9 am, the time the shop should open, it was we wait 30 min, even in the car was not pretty while outside was 4°C, she show up at 9:31 and behaving like she had no appointment getting to the shop. Actually as we get in she show surprise, looking to the clock, and just said sorry (at least she could offer a gratuity service). We replied that we have no more time to waste cause time is money and left. I am really upset about it cause last time the treatment was fine.
