β β β β β Zeer, maar dan ook zeer slecht service. Nog ruim voor sluitingstijd blijken alle heftruck-chauffeurs al vertrokken te zijn en kan ik niet laden. 150km voor niks gereden.

Toestemming was met 1 belletje geregeld en staat los van het feit dat er niet eens geprobeerd werd om mij te helpen en ik nogal onbehoorlijk ben weg gestuurd. Daarnaast had ik het in mijn eentje nog met de hand kunnen laden.
Bij erkenning dat dit niet de juist instelling is om klanten te helpen en jullie hier beter op zullen letten ben ik bereid mijn beoordeling hierop aan te passen.
Very, but very poor service. Even before closing time, all forklift drivers appear to have already left and I cannot load. Driven 150 km for free.

Permission was arranged with 1 bell and is separate from the fact that no attempt was even made to help me and I was sent away rather improperly. In addition, I could have loaded it by hand on my own.
I acknowledge that this is not the right attitude to help customers and that you will pay more attention to this.
