★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just appreciate the fact that the Dutch government has established this special unit for expats. For the administrative work, their system looks smooth and efficient. The receptionists are nice too. Once I asked a question about a Dutch language centre. The lady I spoke to went the extra mile, sending me an email with a list of language institutes she would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment process was really smooth. I booked it online and it was quick. It can be booked on call as well.
I was late for my appointment, so called the center and they happily asked me to arrive as soon as possible and the appointment will happen then. Quite a nice gesture in a country where 1 minute a late is a crime sometimes ?
Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
