After ordering online I was contacted the next day via email. I was asked for the specifics of a part. I unfortunately had to cancel the part and wanted to add more products to my order. Ninanda, was my contact person. I was offered to change my order for free and to be refunded for the canceled part.
Three days after the initial online order my package arrived in the Netherlands. On the same day I was refunded for the cancelled part.
Thank you for the excellent customer contact and service.
