★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigenlijk is 1 ster al veel te veel. Wij hadden rouwbloemen besteld, maar kreeg geen bevestiging. De bestelling was blijven 'hangen' in de computer. Gelukkig konden we de bloemen nog net voor de plechtigheid ophalen bij de bloemist. Toen de bloemen in de kerk gelegd werden, zagen we dat er 1 van onze namen niet op stond. Hier baal ik echt enorm van. Zoiets check je toch 10x! We hebben betaald voor bezorging, maar moesten het zelf ophalen. We hebben om terugbetaling van de verzendkosten gevraagd, maar deze tot op heden niet ontvangen. Verschrikkelijk slechte service.
 Actually 1 star is already too much. We ordered mourn flowers, but received no confirmation. The order was still 'hanging' in the computer. Fortunately, we could pick up the flowers at the florist just before the ceremony. When the flowers were placed in the church, we saw that one of our names was not on. I really like that. You can check something like that 10x! We paid for delivery, but had to pick it up ourselves. We have asked for a refund of the shipping costs but have not received them until now. Terribly poor service.
