s	stephanie ten brink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een bijzondere ervaring bij deze winkel vanmiddag. Bij binnenkomst vriendelijk geholpen met goede uitleg door een aardige man. Echter, toen we bij een “actieboom” aankwamen ging het mis met de wat oudere en zeer stugge verkoopster. Op de vrij normale vraag “waarom is deze boom in de aanbieding” volgde een snauwerig “hoezo, hij is niet stuk ofzo”. Bij doorvragen bleek het echter onduidelijk of de lampjes het wel deden. Logischerwijs vroegen we (geen verstand van dit soort bomen) of dat niet getest kon worden. Mevrouw gaf aan dat ze de boom niet meer wilde verkopen omdat ze niet weet of de lampjes het doen. “Als ik zeg dat het niet gaat dan gaat het niet”, zonder enige uitleg over het waarom? Dat bleek na nog meer aandringen te komen doordat het testen van de lampjes moeizaam gaat. Als oplossing werd geboden dat we dan maar moesten bellen om te vragen of de lampjes het doen, 3 dagen later. Terwijl wij speciaal een half uur voor deze winkel hebben gereden. Wat heel positief begon, eindigde helaas met een klantontvriendelijke ervaring. Tamelijk verbaasd over deze totaal niet meedenkende houding van mevrouw. Drie sterren voor de aardige meneer en het mooie assortiment. Wij kwamen om een boom te kopen, gemiste kans. A special experience at this store this afternoon. The fairly normal question “why is this tree on sale” was followed by a snarling “why, it's not broken or something”. When asked further, it turned out to be unclear whether the lights were working. Logically we asked (no knowledge of these types of trees) whether it could not be tested. Ms. indicated that she no longer wanted to sell the tree because she does not know whether the lights are working. “If I say it won't work, then it won't work”, without any explanation as to why? This turned out to be after even more insistence because testing the lights is difficult. As a solution, we had to call to ask if the lights work, 3 days later. While we drove specially for this store for half an hour. What started very positively, unfortunately ended with a customer-unfriendly experience. Fairly surprised at this totally unthinking attitude of the lady. Three stars for the nice gentleman and the nice assortment. We came to buy a tree, missed opportunity.

Afgelopen weekend uit de doos gehaald waar bleek dat er geen smart adapter bij zat, maar een gewone adapter. Wat begin je dan nog na twee maanden? Nou gewoon een mailtje sturen en twee dagen later had ik alsnog de smart adapter in huis. Super service! Well, I am happy with this company. Bought a tree here in October. Taken out of the box last weekend where it turned out that there was no smart adapter, but a regular adapter. What do you do after two months? Just send an email and two days later I still had the smart adapter at home. Super service!

Afspraak gemaakt voor een dure kerstboom, doch na 200 km gereden te hebben was er niemand aanwezig, na een half uur kwam er iemand opdagen die vertelde dat hij eigenlijk geen tijd had, toch maar een boom gekocht een fatsoenlijke factuur werd niet opgemaakt, na een jaar bleken er een paar lampjes kapot te zijn gegaan, helaas kon men deze niet leveren ik moest maar naar Action toe gaan om daar iets te gaan kopen. Een zeer slecht bedrijf waar je niets moet kopen!!!!! the worst company I've ever dealt with. Made an appointment for an expensive Christmas tree, but after driving 200 km no one was present, after half an hour someone showed up and said that he actually had no time, but bought a tree anyway a decent invoice was not made, after a years, a few lights turned out to have broken, unfortunately they could not deliver I had to go to Action to buy something there. A very bad company where you should not buy anything !!!!!

Tilbage er nu kun at forme de utroligt vellignende grene, og glæden til at kunne pynte op til jul. Meget solidt og gedigent træ der nok skal holde de næste 25 år. Fast delivery with PostNord, right to the door. Very quick assembly?10 minutes from opening the large box until the built-in light could be switched on. Now the only thing left is to shape the incredibly well-shaped branches and the joy of decorating for Christmas. Very sturdy and solid wood that will last for the next 25 years.
T	Tom Muys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een foute bestelling (hoogte van de boom moest 3m zijn ipv 3m60) stuurde ik 2 uur na de bestelling een mail met de vraag dit te wijzigen. Het antwoord: Wij kunnen helaas niets meer veranderen. Uw bestelling is al naar de afdeling verzenden en wij kunnen dat helaas niet meer veranderen. Ik heb hun mail beantwoord met de vraag om samen een oplossing te zoeken. Wat zijn we met een boom van 3m60 in een ruimte met 3m20 hoogte!? Helaas heb ik geen antwoord meer gekregen. Ik begrijp dat een verzonden product niet tegengehouden kan worden. Maar wat ik niet begrijp is dat er geen enkele inspanning geleverd wordt om samen een oplossing te zoeken (retourneren, wisselen, enz.). Zelfs een financiële inspanning van onze kant was mogelijk want wat zijn we met een boom die niet in onze ruimte past. Ik raad Royal Christmas dus absoluut niet aan vanwege gebrek aan flexibiliteit en slechte klantenservice. After an incorrect order (height of the tree had to be 3m instead of 3m60) I sent an email 2 hours after the order with the request to change this. The answer: Unfortunately we can't change anything anymore. Your order has already been sent to the department and unfortunately we can no longer change that. I answered their email with the request to find a solution together. What are we with a tree of 3m60 in a room with a height of 3m20!? Unfortunately I have not received an answer. I understand that a shipped product cannot be stopped. But what I don't understand is that no effort is made to find a solution together (returns, exchange, etc.). Even a financial effort on our part was possible because what are we with a tree that does not fit into our space. So I definitely do not recommend Royal Christmas due to lack of flexibility and poor customer service.

A	Ade losh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Hawaii Abies deluxe 100 % PE christmas tree, 180 cm. Delivery was very quick. The quality of the tree is very good, it is very stable, easy to assembly and rotate. I would have preferred, however, more branches on it, although, I guess, most of the trees have to be complemented with green accessories to make full appearance. On the other hand, the transition between the top part to the middle part should be improved in the way that the tree maintains its regular triangular form all the way from down to the top. And as a tip for the shop, gloves should come along with the tree. My fingers were somewhat peeled after assembly. In general, I will give a 8/10 note.
