Ik wil jullie alsnog hartelijk bedanken voor de goede hulp en tips om een engelse vriend die zijn paspoort was verloren onderweg naar schiphol hem toch naar huis te krijgen. En Easyjet lekker moeilijk bleef doen.De tip KLM was een voltreffer!! Binnen 10 min hadden ze het geregeld en kon hij aan boord om terug naar huis te vliegen. Echt super service kan niet anders zeggen. Mvg Bianca Dijkhuizen.
I would still like to thank you very much for the good help and tips to get an English friend who lost his passport on the way to Schiphol home. And Easyjet continued to be difficult. The KLM tip was a direct hit !! Within 10 minutes they had arranged it and he was able to fly back home. Really super service can not say otherwise. Mvg Bianca Dijkhuizen.

Denk je lekker weekje naar je vader te kunnen gaan kom je aan bij paspoortcontrole Schiphol wordt je gewoon tegengehouden en verteld na pas ander half uur dat je 2 maanden vast moet zitten. Terwijl dit een belangrijke vlucht voor me zou zijn persoonlijk geen genade die mensen. Vrouw 2 maanden gek geworden thuis verjaardag gemist worden er nog heel veel fouten in de detentiecentrum gemaakt waardoor we ook klacht moesten indienen en toen wisten ze wel opeens netjes te praten en wisten ze me te vinden. Nou zo lief zijn ze nog nooit geweest komt er nog een damhert bonken op de deur omdat ik aan het Chatten was via Skype terwijl dit mocht geen respect.
If you think you can go to your father for a nice week, you arrive at Schiphol passport control and you are simply stopped and told after only another half hour that you have to be stuck for 2 months. While this would be a major flight for me personally no mercy to those people. Woman missed 2 months at home, birthday, a lot of mistakes were made in the detention center, so we also had to file a complaint and then they suddenly knew how to talk properly and they knew where to find me. Well, they have never been so sweet, a fallow deer comes banging on the door because I was Chatting via Skype while this was not allowed respect.

This institution proved to be unreliable and raised quite a few points of concern for me. On February 09, 2020, one of the security staff from the passport control at the Schiphol Airport had an inadequate behavior. This was noted when comparing the attitude he had shown towards different passengers who did not appear to have any specific differences from an ethnicity, behavioral or clothing style standpoint. I contacted the Security and Police via phone, as advised by the Airport CS staff, and I requested that one of the Police/Security staff should come to the location where I was standing, to allow for a proper identification of the individual. Obviously this was after I carefully explained what happened. They suggested that the only way my complaint could be taken into consideration was if it were submitted in writing. I insisted that someone came over there, because that would ease off the identification process whereas a written complain could only make things more complicated and potentially make the investigators unable to identify the culprit. As having someone coming over to my location was not possible, I wrote the complain shortly after to the email address that I was provided with. As I expected, although the person in charge with complaints handling acknowledged that the questions the culprit asked me and the attitude he showed were inadequate, they were unable to identify him. To me, that says quite a lot about this department's reliability overall and it only proves that something is broken in their system of handling complaints as well as such unforeseen incidents.
