★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Downtime is erg groot, vaak storingen. Bij communicatie hierover hebben medewerkers een grote mond of lachen je uit; "Deze vraagt om een ban volgens mij", dit is wanneer je uberhaupt de kans krijgt om te communiceren dan.
 Downtime is very large, often failures. When communicating about this, employees have a big mouth or laugh at you; "This one calls for a ban in my opinion", this is when you even get the chance to communicate.

Meerdere downtimes afgelopen week gehad waarvan er maar 1 verholpen is. Ik heb spelers in de wachtrij staan die een lap geld neerleggen om wat te mogen ontvangen en ik hun hier nu niet mee van dienst kan zijn omdat de servers eruit liggen.
Ik raad jullie dit niet aan.
No service.
Had several downtimes last week of which only 1 was fixed. I have players in the queue who put down a piece of money to receive some and I can't help them with this right now because the servers are down.
I don't recommend this to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onprofessionele service. Hun servers hebben een grote downtime, inmiddels al 2 problemen gehad deze week. 1 probleem opgelost en de andere is inmiddels nog steeds bezig.
Vervolgens kom ik op de discord om contact op te nemen. Even later wordt ik hieruit gebanned met als reden "Regels overtreden". Vervolgens neem ik contact op via de website en beschrijven ze discord niet als officiele support methode. Tevens krijg ik hierna ook nog een laatste waarschuwing.
Ik raad jullie dit bedrijf niet aan, kijk alsjeblieft verder en bespaar je de tijd, moeite en energie.
Unprofessional service. Their servers have had a major downtime, already had 2 problems this week. 1 problem solved and the other is still working.
Then I get to the discord to contact you. Moments later I get banned from this for "Breaking rules". Then I contact them via the website and they do not describe discord as an official support method. I also get a final warning after this.
I do not recommend this company to you, please look further and save the time, effort and energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work at a place that uses the service of royale to host our servers, at first worked everything alright and no complains. But now because of idk wat it caused lost we all the data of our servers and its not only us but also other royale customers so we know for sure that we didnt do somerhing wrong.
We know lost all our data, site and whole minecraft servers data, which means we lost a lot of stuff that takes a lot of time to make, develop ect ect.
