★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn dochter worstelde ontzettend met Engelse leesteksten. Na jaren van frustratie zijn we via school bij Mariëtte terecht gekomen. Het klikte direct. Mariëtte leerde haar begrijpen hoe teksten in elkaar zitten en hoe ze daardoor de tekst kan benaderen.
Maar vooral leerde ze haar dat ze het kan, hoe ze rustig kan blijven en boven de stof kan gaan hangen. Zonder in paniek te raken en daardoor te blokkeren. Tijdens de begeleidingslessen herkende ze direct wanneer ik vastliep en ging daarmee aan de slag. Ze gaat volledig voor het vergroten van zelfvertrouwen.
Mariëtte geeft duidelijke en transparante terugkoppeling naar de ouders en bouwt echt een band op met zowel het kind als de ouder.
Mijn dochter is geslaagd voor het VWO met een dikke 6 voor Engels, waarvan ze altijd dacht dat ze blij mocht zijn als ze een krappe 5 zou halen.

But above all, she taught her that she can do it, how she can stay calm and hang above the material. Without panicking and thereby blocking. During the coaching lessons she immediately recognized when I got stuck and started working on it. She is all about increasing self-confidence.
Mariëtte provides clear and transparent feedback to the parents and really builds a bond with both the child and the parent.
My daughter passed the VWO with a big 6 for English, which she always thought would be happy if she got a tight 5.
