Mijn eet patroon is veranderd en als ik een paar dagen niet kan trainen, zegt mijn lichaam en hoofd.....ik mis het!!! Ik zou zeggen kom een keer mee trainen en ervaar het zelf. One ❤
I have a new sports family. Thanks to the attention you get from both the coaches and fellow athletes, I am on track to a healthy lifestyle. My eating pattern has changed and if I can't exercise for a few days, my body and mind say ..... I miss it !!! I would say come along and experience it yourself. One ❤
