Wir wollten einen Tag von 12 auf 11 Teilnehmer gehen, dies war aber "nicht mehr möglich" da die Boote bereits vorbereitet waren. In Wirklichkeit hätten wir mit 11 Teilnehmern exakt die gleichen Boote bekommen.
Warum kann man dem Kunden nicht direkt sagen, dass der volle Preis für die 12 Teilnehmer gezahlt werden muss, anstatt komische Ausreden zu erfinden???
 Boats and service were OK.
We wanted to go from 12 to 11 participants one day, but this was "no longer possible" because the boats were already prepared. In reality, with 11 participants we would have got exactly the same boats.
Why can't you tell the customer directly that the full price has to be paid for the 12 participants instead of making up weird excuses ???
