★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen contact te krijgen met 'meneer'. Waardeloos, wordt van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en ik ben vast niet de enige...
Begin was goed maar het laatste anderhalf jaar is de service echt ver onder nul (niet van de dames trouwens, die zijn meelevend).
Je kan bellen, appen, mailen. Maar hij geeft niet thuis, elke keer een ander smoesje...en de dames maar alles goed praten.
Aangiftes die niet verstuurd worden terwijl men zegt van wel. Steeds uitstel opschuiven om belasting in te dienen. Ik ben er klaar mee en ga naar een administratie kantoor die wel zakekundig is.
Can't get in touch with 'sir'. Worthless, being sent from pillar to post and I'm sure I'm not the only one...
Start was good but the last year and a half the service is really way below zero (not from the ladies by the way, they are compassionate).
You can call, text or email. But he doesn't give home, every time a different excuse ... and the ladies just talk everything right.
Declarations that are not sent when they say they are. Always postpone the filing of taxes. I'm done with it and go to an administration office that is professional.
