★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Door RW werd een nieuwe HR-Ketel geplaatst, en werden oude kranen vervangen. Na installatie ruist de ketel, suizen de kranen en wordt de woning niet comfortabel warm.
Op mijn verzoek dit op te lossen wordt toegegeven dat het inregelen 'misschien niet helemaal goed gegaan is' . Er wordt één poging gedaan het probleem op te lossen; die poging slaagt niet. RW belooft er zsm op terug te komen. Die belofte wordt niet nagekomen, en er wordt niet gereageerd op email, whatsapp en telefonische oproepen.
Ik kan RW daarom zeker niet aanbevelen.
 RW installed a new HR boiler and replaced old cranes. After installation, the boiler rustles, the taps whiz and the house does not warm comfortably.
At my request to resolve this, it is admitted that the balancing "may not have gone quite well". One attempt is made to fix the problem; that attempt is unsuccessful. RW promises to come back to it as soon as possible. That promise is not kept, and there is no response to email, WhatsApp and telephone calls.
I can certainly not recommend RW.
