★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben nog nooit zo onbeschoft behandeld aan de telefoon. Vroeg naar een kalender voor kinderen van het merk Goula. Deze had ze niet maar ze had er wel 1 van een ander merk. Waarop ik de merknaam vroeg zodat ik deze even kon googelen, toen ze me vroeg waarom ik dat wilde weten legde ik haar uit dat als ik hem niet mooi zou vinden, ik niet helemaal vanuit Castricum naar Amsterdam hoefde te rijden aangezien ik hem vandaag nodig heb. Weinig tijd dus om effe die kant op te rijden. Mevrouw besloot toen maar op te hangen.
Ik snap nog steeds niet waarom.
 Have never been treated so rudely on the phone. Asked for a calendar for children of the Goula mark. She did not have them, but she did have one of a different brand. Whereupon I asked the brand name so that I just could google, when she asked me why I wanted to know I explained that if I would not like to find him, I do not quite have to drive from Castricum to Amsterdam because I need him today . So little time to leveling ride on that side. Ms but then decided to hang up.
I still do not understand why.
