★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne mensen waarmee we goed contact konden onderhouden, zoals je mag verwachten bij aankoop van een huis die zij in de verkoop hadden. Al enkele keren hebben we via hen een huis mogen bezichtigen en daarbij zijn wij altijd netjes geholpen en geïnformeerd. Uiteindelijk ook via hen een droomhuis gevonden. De overdracht moet nog plaats vinden, maar dat zal mijn huidige beoordeling niet veranderen.
Great people with whom we could maintain good contact, as you would expect when buying a house that they had for sale. We have been able to view a house through them several times and we have always been properly helped and informed. Finally also found a dream home through them. The handover has yet to take place, but that will not change my current assessment.

Maar dat medewerkers van S makelaars zich onfatsoenlijk, onprofessioneel en klant onvriendelijk opstellen is wel de grootste teleurstelling. Bewust een machtspositie innemen en misbruiken.
Jammer dat S makelaars de stempel op makelaars negatief beïnvloeden tussen al die andere goede professionele makelaars kantoren.
We know the market is overheated, you need to act quickly and disappointments are part of it.
But the fact that employees of S makelaars act indecent, unprofessional and customer-unfriendly is the biggest disappointment. Consciously taking and abusing a position of power.
Too bad that S brokers negatively influence the stamp on brokers among all those other good professional brokers offices.
