proably they understand about phones, but do not understand about education to the customer.
They treat the customer as a criminal who steals the phones. They lie to the customer, saying that they will do the job, but then they do not doing.
I work where I 'm allowed to take the broken phones that people throw away.
One thing thrown, It's not 'a stolen thing.
Avoid this store, especially the woman who works internally, she is rude, obnoxious, conceited! The ridiculous thing is what they do not want to repair, the other Fix It!!!!
So ridiculous 100 times!
For me, they can also close!

The batteries were not officially from Samsung or used, so had a short lifespan.
You don't pay the highest prices, you probably don't get the highest quality...
No experience with phone repairs or such myself here.

Tried to call the phone numbers on the website: first number always goes to voicemail. and second number completely goes to wrong number of someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, it's a shame to have to post this and I know there are a lot of positive comments. but recently I took my equipment to repair, they told me they would give it to me the next day and then I went the next day and it was not ready (I assumed they were technical failures) the owner of the store wanted to give me a bad repair. Obviously I reclaimed my equipment and they gave me one more day ... Now they give me the equipment improving the fault but they give it to me with another internal fault ??♂️ .. The truth is, thank you very much for everything but I think they changed my original equipment for a Chinese one .. With this review I only tell my experience and I only tell you that you better go to an original store of your team
