★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In januari 2021 ben ik een beetje twijfelend maar toch hoopvol begonnen aan het coachingstraject met Sabrina, aan wie ik via de Baak werd gekoppeld. De twijfels bleken al snel onterecht: ik kwam niet alleen in handen van iemand die zeer professioneel is, zelf ook een kleurrijke carrière heeft gehad (en zich dus goed in kan leven) en de juiste vragen stelt, maar ook in handen van iemand die ik als een erg warm, grappig en prettig persoon heb ervaren. Iets wat eigenlijk even belangrijk is! Onze gesprekken waren zeer waardevol en hebben ook tot wat persoonlijke successen geleid. Ik kan dan ook niet anders dan Sabrina van harte aanbevelen voor een goed en warm coachingstraject.
 In January 2021 I started the coaching process with Sabrina, a bit doubtful but still hopeful, to whom I was linked via De Baak. The doubts soon turned out to be unfounded: I did not only end up in the hands of someone who is very professional, who has also had a colorful career (and can therefore empathize well) and asks the right questions, but also in the hands of someone I as a very warm, funny and pleasant person. Something that is actually just as important! Our conversations were very valuable and led to some personal successes as well. I can therefore wholeheartedly recommend Sabrina for a good and warm coaching process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een heel fijn coachings traject met Sabrina doorlopen! Met opdrachten en gesprekken die ik nog jaren met mij mee kan nemen. A very nice coaching trajectory with Sabrina! With assignments and conversations that I can take with me for years to come. Sabrina made me feel very comfortable with my story and her professional approach meant that I could always have confidence in the process. After every session I was even more excited to get started with my personal goals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabrina is an open, caring and very professional person who listens and understands the person in front of her. In my case, I felt heard and seen in a moment where I did not know where I stood professionally. I didn't know what my next step was nor what really made me happy.
Sabrina helps finding concrete solutions on what makes you happy and your purpose in the work life.
She's a very good listener who breakdowns the high-level information you give into smaller pieces. This helped me to look into myself and recognise that indeed those skills are part of who I am.
I now know very clearly what gives me energy, what is part of my nature vs. skills learnt and what makes me truly happy at work. I couldn't have chosen a better professional coach and I recommend her in a second to all my friends who find themselves in the same situation as I was.
