Honestly horrible. Stay away, not worth your money. The studio is non existent, very tiny space. Limited material and can barely be lend out to a limited time. Very unprofessional teachers

Ok, something needs to be done about these negative reviews because they absolutly do no truth to what SAE offers. Yes, there is always room for improvement, especially in these difficult times, but I see a lot of reviews here and on Springtest that SAE does not offer high quality lessons and unexperienced teachers wich are simply false claims. I'm speaking from my experiences as an audio student right now. Currently I'm in my last year, and thanks to SAE I kicked the door in of the music industry and I'm here to stay. SAE offered me enough resources to start my own company and to gain knowledge of the field I wanted to work in. Most people here believe that SAE will provide them with everything, from the networks, gigs, etc, but let me tell you, you will never come far in the creative industries with a mindset like that. SAE merely provides the tools, and 99,99 percent is your responsibility. Working in this industry requires a mentality of stone casted in iron, be prepared to face a lot of dissapointments and harsh words in your path to success, because I can guartantee you, you will fail again and again. But from those failures, you will grow stronger and become the very best you can possibly be. SAE allowed me to get into contact with a director here in NL, resulting in two albums for two movies that are now spinning in the cinema and are coming to Netflix and Disney Plus. Besides that, I aqquired via them the skills to produce music for some of the biggest music publishers in the world from the likes of Warner Chappell in Los Angeles and BMG here in the Netherlands. So if you think that you can do it without SAE, absolutly go for it, but don't spread false claims just because you had a bad experience with the courses, because SAE has proven themselves on numerous occasions to be a good school to gain networks, and experience. And no, I'm not funded by SAE or something, just a guy that want's to share his story ;)

BEWARE before you even apply that they will chase you for the registration fee even if you cannot attend the course due to extenuating circumstances. The fee btw is equivalent to most people's monthly rent so beware. A so called educational institute housing STUDENTS chasing people for extortionate amounts of money for doing nothing. No other SAE practices this policy btw only Amsterdam, absolutely scandalous
