About Safety Leaders Foundation
They experienced real life fatal incidents, studied the causation and underlying issues and were material in Shell’s effort to change the safety performance to a best in class.
They saw the power of pictures and animations in the culture change process and decided to focus their attention on building “transformational learning experiences” via animations. A whole suit of products is developed either as serious game, app or (interactive) animation. As these are visible on smartphones and tablets these become available as and when needed for the workers in the field or in the offices.
Dick and Willem are able to help find the best solution for a company. As they are liaised with global partners, big change projects are possible to be facilitated or dedicated IT solutions can be managed.
