P	Patrick Meulenbelt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moderne en competente artsen en assistenten. Bovendien altijd zeer vriendelijk. Bij vragen of zorgen probeert de assistent telefonisch in te schatten hoe dringend het is. Mijn ervaring is dat men met gerichte vragen een goede eerste analyse kan maken. Soms kon het wachten, maar ik mocht ook wel eens met spoed komen. Dubbele afspraaktijd is ook nooit een probleem als je dit vooraf aangeeft. Enige minpuntje is dat de afspraken altijd uitlopen en ik gemiddeld een uur na de juiste tijd aan de beurt was. Een enkele keer zelfs twee uur, waardoor ik te laat op mijn volgende afspraak kwam. Er is een mogelijkheid tot e-consult via een beveiligd portaal. Ook kunnen er digitaal afspraken gepland worden. Modern and competent doctors and assistants. Moreover, always very friendly. In case of questions or concerns, the assistant tries to estimate by telephone how urgent it is. My experience is that you can make a good first analysis with specific questions. Sometimes it could wait, but sometimes I could come urgently. Double appointment time is never a problem if you indicate this in advance. The only downside is that the agreements always come to an end and it was my turn on average one hour after the right time. Occasionally even two hours, which made me late for my next appointment. There is an option for e-consult via a secure portal. Digital appointments can also be scheduled.

Ze geeft goed advies en is ook een echte dokter. Wel 1 van de betere vrouwelijke doctoren die ik hebt gehad. Doctor Peters is very good and can communicate well with her patients. So communicating is the key point. She gives good advice and is also a real doctor. One of the better female doctors I've had.

Empathie, professionaliteit, dienstverlening en begrip zijn ver te zoeken voor zowel waarnemend huisarts als de doktersassistente. Wanneer je een vraag stelt krijg je geen inhoudelijk antwoord en wordt je belachelijk gemaakt om het stellen van de vraag. Wat mij erg verwondert, gezien in het verleden de artsen zeer empathisch en meedenkend waren. Momenteel is het zelfs niet eens mogelijk om in augustus en september een afspraak te maken vanwege vakantie…. De praktijk is helaas niet meer wat het was, jammer om na 30 jaar deze praktijk te moeten verlaten. Empathy, professionalism, service and understanding are hard to find for both the acting GP and the doctor's assistant. When you ask a question you will not get a substantive answer and you will be ridiculed for asking the question. Which really surprises me, considering that in the past the doctors were very empathetic and thoughtful. At the moment it is not even possible to make an appointment in August and September due to holidays…. Unfortunately, the practice is no longer what it used to be, a pity to have to leave this practice after 30 years.

I especially feel very fortunate that they take the time to explain why they are taking a certain course re: diagnosis and also research and discuss with their colleagues if there are maybe other possible solutions. Kudos to Dr Van Rooden and all the talented doctors there.
