★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On paper and in Sales demo's a great system but when it comes to integration and making it work after the contract is signed; Nobody's home!
Salesforce should spend more time on making things work and less on trips for decision makers. I do not recommend companies to use Salesforce.
After two years still no functioning system as promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got way to much email from their trailblazer program, so i let them delete my account. Now i still get a ton of email but i cant contact them anymore because i dont have a login.
Please, Please stop emailing me, i get sick of the amount of email you dare to send me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to give the software a try and activated an online account. After a couple of months I found the software to complex and slow and wanted to cancel the subscription. There is no online option, eventually I got in touch with sales who told me I needed to contact 'my' salesperson in order to discuss a cancelation ?!?! No one called back, no follow up. Today, 4 months, various calls, chats/mails I finally got a response via e-mail that my contract would be cancelled. This is no 2019 approach or anything you would expect from a customer facing company.
