★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay does an outstanding job in ensuring he understands your business and objectives. He kept the training energetic and interactive. I was also impressed by how he was able to quickly modify the content and delivery after the first day upon review and reflection of how it was being received and the applicability. Jay showed up the next morning ready to go and presented like he had planned it for months, but actually only had a few hours. This type of adaptability is rare. The team had nothing but positive comments about Jay and his delivery of the information. I had several team members advise that in all of their years of work experience they never had so much fun learning nor respected a trainer as much as they did Jay. I absolutely would recommend Jay without any hesitation whatsoever.
