Vandaag voor het eerst een halve zijde gekocht. Ik hoefde alleen maar te kijken bij het ophalen en heb gelijk voor volgende week weer besteld. Het zag er fantastisch uit, het rook heerlijk! De zalm smaakte geweldig! Vanavond genoten van de zalm, gegrilde groene asperges en couscous. Het was een feestmaal! Wat een feest om dit in ons eigen dorp te hebben!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frisch geräuchert vom Fachmann jeden Freitag. Was ein Glück, dass wir am Freitag hier waren. Der Lachs war perfekt auf dem Punkt, schmeckt fantastisch und ist sehr zu empfehlen.
 Freshly smoked by a specialist every Friday. How lucky we were here on Friday. The salmon was spot on, tastes amazing and comes highly recommended.
