★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastische kapper, heel deskundig, luistert perfect naar de wensen van de klant en werkt alleen maar met kwalitatief hoogwaardige producten. De sfeer in de zaak is altijd erg gezellig en warm. Ik kom hier inmiddels al ruim 18 jaar en zonder uitzondering altijd heel erg blij met het resultaat. Woon inmiddels alweer 6 jaar niet meer in Amsterdam maar ga speciaal terug naar mijn oude buurt voor de kapper! Ben één keer naar een andere kapper in mijn huidige woonplaats gegaan: dat nooit meer.
Fantastic hairdresser, very knowledgeable, listens perfectly to the wishes of the customer and only works with high-quality products. The atmosphere in the store is always very cozy and warm. I have been coming here for over 18 years and without exception always very happy with the result. Already for 6 years no longer live in Amsterdam but go back to my old neighborhood especially for the hairdresser! I once went to another hairdresser in my current residence: never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While washing my hair (hairdresser - lady with blond curls), my sculp got seriously burned with hot water. Apparently, whenever cold water is used in other part of the salon (in their kitchen or so), cold water at the washing station disappears (perhaps fix it then?!).
When I indicated (jumping away from the cleaning station) that she was burning my head, I obviously got all wet (sweater, trousers), not a big deal, but she didnt even offer me an extra towel to dry myself or whatever. She did apologize, however I was a bit upset so at that moment I didnt really care. For the next two weeks, my sculp was very irritated and itchy.
I will obviously never go there again. I warn people I know about this place.
I suggest you avoid this salon unless you enjoy a heat shock of your sculp now and then.
