 I was able to make an appointment in the system to be called back immediately that it is not possible. Please keep your administration in order, very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag hadden wij om 16.30 en 17.00 uur een afspraak gepland. Wij waren 1 uur eerder en moesten dus even wachten. Na 1 uur gewacht te hebben werd ons verteld dat de afspraak van 17.00 uur niet door kan gaan en dat ze maar 1 persoon kunnen helpen. Ze denken niet mee aan een oplossing en wilden ons niet verder helpen. Als ze het eerder hadden aangegeven hadden wij niet voor niks zitten wachten daar. Wij zijn boos weggegaan kom er ook nooit meer terug.
Today we had an appointment scheduled at 16.30 and 17.00. We were 1 hour earlier and had to wait a while. After waiting for 1 hour we were told that the 5pm appointment cannot go ahead and they can only help 1 person. They do not think about a solution and did not want to help us further. If they had indicated it earlier, we would not have been waiting there for nothing. We left angry and will never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik zat 30 minuten te wachten op de manicure terwijl ik een afspraak had. De manicure was gepland voor 45 minuten, ze deden het in 20 minuten met een zeer slechte kwaliteit.
I was waiting 30 minutes for the manicure while I had an appointment. The manicure was scheduled for 45 minutes, they did it in 20 minutes with very poor quality.
