โ โ โ โ โ Ik heb super donker haar en wilde dit wat lichter, ik had het eerder bij een andere kapotte gedaan maar toen werd het best lelijk oranje.... Maar hier bij Maher weten ze wat ze doen! Zo'n goeie kapper! Echt een prachtige kleur en daarna ook nog eens super geknipt! Ik ga niet met ergens anders heen!
I have super dark hair and I wanted it to be a bit lighter, I had done it before with another one, but then it got pretty ugly orange .... But here at Maher they know what they are doing! Such a good hairdresser! Really a beautiful color and then super cut! I'm not going to go anywhere else!

โ โ โ โ โ Wat een zonde om zo'n een review the schrijven, but alas.
Gaat eerder om wat ik zag gebeuren.
Twee van de mannen medewerkers die in een andere taal schreeuwen omdat รฉรฉn van de vrouwelijke medewerkers zogenaamd een klant had 'gestolen'. terwijl het druk was. Mevrouw begreep er volgens mij niets want haar hoorde ik niet, maar het was afgrijselijk.
Ook is dit enorm onprofessioneel en voelde ik mij niet zo goed door al de geschreeuw. Jammer dit.

Rather about what I saw happening.
Two of the male employees shouting in another language because one of the female employees supposedly 'stole' a customer. while it was busy. I don't think the lady understood anything because I didn't hear her, but it was horrible.
This is also very unprofessional and I did not feel very well because of all the screams. Too bad this.

โ โ โ โ โ Netjes gebeld wanneer ik kon komen. Was druk dus kon pas vanaf 17.00. Afgesproken om 17.30. Kom ik daar aan is de zaak gewoon gesloten!!! Ik ben niet eens afgebeld. Ben voor niks gekomen. Nou als je zo met klanten om gaat......
Just called when I could come. Was busy so couldn't get there until 5pm. Appointed at 5:30 PM. When I get there, the case is closed!!! I haven't even been called off. I came for nothing. Well if that's how you treat customers.....

โ โ โ โ โ Na een lange overweging (vanwege een reistijd van bijna een uur) heb ik voor de 1e keer een plasma beh. laten doen in Utrecht (Burg. Reigerstr. 2). Helaas heb ik er geen goede ervaring aan overgehouden.
Jammer dat er niet verteld werd wat er steeds ging gebeuren. Tevens ook geen "sneeuw" moment gehad wat je wel continu in de filmpjes ziet.
Tijdens het fรถhnen kreeg ik pas te horen dat een botox beh. beter is voor mijn haar... Als er voor de beh. eerst naar mijn haar gekeken werd en meer gecommuniceerd zou worden, had ik de beh. gehad wat beter is voor mijn haar en ging ik met een fijner gevoel de deur uit.
Telefonisch werd mij verteld dat ik na een uur klaar zou zijn, hooguit 1,5 uur. Ik had dan ook extra (1,5u) betaald voor parking. Ik heb niet met een ontspannen gevoel gezeten. Het liep uit en was bang dat ik een boete zou krijgen.
Verder verwachtte ik dat het (droog) fรถhnen in de prijs was inbegrepen. Voor het uitspoelen van de plasma werd mij gevraagd of ik zo naar huis wilde gaan of gefรถhnd wilde hebben. Ik koos uiteraard voor het fรถhnen anders is het voor mij niet afgemaakt. Wel heel mooi gefรถhnd maar bij het betalen moest ik dus extra afrekenen daarvoor. Dit had ook wel gezegd mogen worden.
Ik had met mijn nicht afgesproken dat we samen een keer zouden gaan maar voor mij is dit niet meer van toepassing.
Een plasma beh. wordt hier in de buurt niet gedaan maar botox wel. De keus is dan snel gemaakt.
After a long consideration (due to a travel time of almost an hour) I have a plasma beh for the 1st time. have it done in Utrecht (Burg. Reigerstr. 2). Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience.
It is a pity that it was not told what was going to happen. Also had no "snow" moment what you see continuously in the movies.
During the blow-drying I was only told that a botox beh. better for my hair ... If for the beh. first looked at my hair and would be more communicated, I had the beh. what is better for my hair and I left with a better feeling.
I was told by phone that I would be ready after an hour, at most 1.5 hours. I had therefore paid extra (1.5 hours) for parking. I have not been left feeling relaxed. It ran out and was worried I would be fined.
I also expected that the (dry) blow drying was included in the price. Before rinsing out the plasma, I was asked if I wanted to go home like that or have a blow-dried. Of course I chose to blow-dry, otherwise it is not finished for me. Very nicely blow-dried but when paying I had to pay extra for that. This could also have been said.
I had agreed with my niece that we would go together sometime, but this no longer applies to me.
A plasma beh. is not done around here, but botox is. The choice is then quickly made.

โ โ โ โ โ Bij Wael geweest voor grijze highlights op van nature heel donker haar dat ik ooit donker rood had geverfd. Ik was bang dat het niet zou lukken of dat het te veel schade zou zijn. Maar het is heel mooi geworden, precies wat ik wilde. De techniek waarop de highlights zijn gezet is ook heel mooi en natuurlijk. Mijn haar is helemaal niet beschadigd, een beetje droge punten maar verder voelt het precies hetzelfde als voor het bleken. De mensen die daar werken zijn heel vriendelijk. Ik kom zeker weer terug.
Visited Wael for gray highlights on naturally very dark hair that I had once dyed dark red. I was worried it wouldn't work or it would be too much damage. But it turned out very beautiful, exactly what I wanted. The technique on which the highlights are set is also very beautiful and natural. My hair is not damaged at all, a little dry ends but otherwise it feels exactly the same as before bleaching. The people who work there are very friendly. I will come back again for sure.
