★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store looking for a sales guy who works there, because I was looking for a bag. The first impression upon entering the store was disastrous, the two Asian clerks who were in the store did not even welcome me.
They were laughing and taking pictures between them, at no time did they come to ask if I needed anything. But it was to enter an Asian client and the two clerks were direct to serve the client. I felt totally ignored and did not expect it to be a luxury firm

I ordered a belt from the Ferragamo website and it took them 1month to tell me that there was a problem with the shipping and whether I still would like to receive the product (in that case I would have had to send them money by using another service than PayPal. That sounded dubious already!!). I told them that I didn't want the belt anymore as it was planned to be a birthday present for a birthday that now already passed. Another ten days later they told me that the order couldn't be cancelled anymore because it would soon to be shipped. Until today there were no apologies and of course I didn't receive the product. I can only hope that I will see my money again. I know that luxury brands are not known for their great customer service but that was really my worst shopping experience ever and it already wasted so much of my time that I can only warn everyone from buying from Ferragamo.
