★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn haar is nog nooit zo erg verpest en beschadigd ze hebben mijn haar afgebroken en lachte mij daarna nog uit mijn haar werd oranje met wit VRESELIJK NOOIT GAAN MIJN HAAR IS NA MAANDEN NOG STEEDS BESCHADIGD. ZE WETEN OVERDUIDELIJK NIET WAT ZE DOEN.
 My hair has never been so badly ruined and damaged they broke my hair and laughed at me afterwards my hair turned orange with white TERRIBLE NEVER GO MY HAIR IS STILL DAMAGED AFTER MONTHS. THEY CLEARLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik was net bij de salon, er was een klant die haar grijze voorharen wilde verven. Dit was gedaan door de medewerker maar uiteindelijk bleek het dat het helemaal niet had gepakt. Mevrouw zei wat is dit dit kan tog niet ik wil het opnieuw er zitten nog zoveel grijze haren. Waarop de medewerker antwoordde met “ ik bel nu de politie voor je” mevrouw had helemaal niks verkeerds gedaan!!! Ikben ook meteen opgestaan en weggegaan aangezien je niet zo mag omgaan met klanten. Klantvriendelijk heid in dit salon is 0,00000%!!!!
I was just at the salon, there was a client who wanted to dye her gray front hair. This was done by the employee but in the end it turned out that it hadn't caught at all. Madam said what is this this is not possible I want it again there are still so many gray hairs. To which the employee replied with "I'll call the police for you now" Mrs had done nothing wrong!!! I immediately got up and left as you are not allowed to treat customers like that. Customer friendliness in this salon is 0.00000%!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super vriendelijk !! Super resultaat!
Vandaag is mijn nichtje met een verstandelijke beperking naar de kapper geweest . Ze heeft haar haren geverfd , geknipt , gewassen en geföhnd en ze was er heel erg blij mee . Ze is goed geholpen en op afspraak . Ze heeft lekker gekletst met de kapster die haar een luisterend oor bood want al met al blijft het naar de kapper gaan toch een uitje. Ik kom hier graag nog een keer terug voor mezelf en mijn kinderen en hoop dan met net zo een goed gevoel te vertrekken

Super friendly!! Great result!
Today my niece with a mental disability went to the hairdresser. She has dyed , cut , washed and blow - dried her hair and was very happy with it . She is well helped and by appointment. She had a nice chat with the hairdresser who offered her a listening ear because all in all, going to the hairdresser is still an outing. I would like to come back here again for myself and my children and hope to leave with just as good a feeling

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They burnt my hair and didn't even acknowledged it and of course they charged for it. They left me with bleach on my hair for over an hour and a half. Another girl at the salon went histerical because her hair was falling into pieces and the whole place was full of hair from this poor girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience and very unprofessional.
My partner went in for a balayage, which is a long but simple process. Yet, they let her hair and skin burn by leaving the bleech in her hair for to long. When we said that it should be taken out, they were confused and didn't understood why and said they'll do it when they were done with the other girls. When I came to pick up my partner, I arrived at the place full with people screaming. Turned out the majority of girls there got their hair and skin burned.
Unprofessional because they did not knew what to do and refused to acknowledge their mistakes. The result is behond disappointment and the hair and skin of my partner got burned severly (same for the other girls there).
My advise is to do you balayage somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful salon and very kind/friendly hairdressers, Hatice knew exactly what I wanted when I showed her my pictures, the color turned out great and I am very happy with the end result! The balayage turned out just the way I wanted it and she did a great job cutting my hair as well. I enjoyed my time and would definitely recommend coming here.
