Regelmatig krijg ik, ontevreden, klanten van dit bedrijf, zij klagen over te weinig inhoudelijke begeleiding en over afwezigheid van eigenaar zelf (en dan vervanging door weinig capabel personeel)
Nogmaals, zit zelf ook in deze branche maar veel kleinschaliger en zonder reclame, ben ook niet actief op zoek naar klanten hoor

I regularly receive, dissatisfied, customers of this company, they complain about too little substantive guidance and the absence of the owner himself (and then replacement by few capable staff)
Again, is also in this industry, but much smaller and without advertising, am not actively looking for customers either
