Toen wij zelf besloten ons huis te verkopen was de keuze voor Samen dan ook snel gemaakt. De begeleiding was goed en de verkoop was rond voordat we er erg in hadden. Een maand geleden stapte jullie bij ons binnen voor een waardebepaling, al meteen bij binnenkomst voelde ik de SAMENwerking en dat het klikte. In de brief wordt verzocht tot het verkopen van het huis, terwijl ik in een huurhuis woon. Ik vind het afgrijselijk om zo'n brief in de brievenbus te krijgen! Daarnaast is dit verspilling van papier! I find it horrifying to receive a letter like this in the letterbox! In addition, this is a waste of paper!

De verkopers waren overduidelijk op de hoogte van het verborgen gebrek, tijdens de sleuteloverdracht zagen wij al het gebrek wat niet vernoemd was en maakten wij het kenbaar aan de makelaar, echter, vond deze dat de verkoper door simpelweg te knikken aan zijn meldingsplicht heeft voldaan, terwijl hij ook in eerdere vragenlijsten, zelfs ook nog eentje vlak voor de constatering ingevuld, niets genoemd heeft. Deze dames zijn professioneel, deskundig, betrokken, correct in hun afspraken en hebben oog voor detail. De fotopresentatie zag er prima uit en 1 week na de bezichtigingen was het huis verkocht. De verdere afhandeling van opmaken koopcontract, aanvragen energielabel en definitieve overdracht hebben zij (met name Gigi) allemaal perfect voor ons geregeld. Kortom, wij zijn dik tevreden over dit makelaarskantoor.
