Mooie hiekschewaard, iedereen miet mee kunnen doen met de samenleving zegt de gemeente, nu de minima kan dat niet. Nibud zegt, svhw mag kwijtschelding verlenen in bizondere gevallen, maar doet het dus niet. Diverse malen klacht ingedient bij de gemeente bij de politieke partijen, maaar ze doen niets hier voor de minima en ouderen, schande in een rijke h.waard. Van deze kantoren versturen 4 wel een kosteloze betalingsherinnering (29%) en de overige 10 doen dat niet (71%)' Wees er voor elkaar en help elkaar, een herinnering in deze drukke tijden is toch niet zoveel gevraagd. Word afgewezen omdat mijn auto net boven de 2200 waard is...tenzij ik de auto op medische noodzaak heb word er gezegd. Ik heb dat toevallig vanwege lichamelijke klachten en ik word opgedragen kosten te maken om een verklaring regelen als ik de kwijtschelding wil dan zou mijn huidige auto worden geaccepteerd...afijn de kosten liggen goedkoper dan die honderden euro's dus prima ik jaag me zelf in de schuld vanwege mijn lage budget per week...WORD IK ALSNOG AFGEWEZEN en dit keer omdat ik niet kan aantonen dat ik op medische gronden een invalide voertuig nodig heb of iets met een rolstoel....dit alles terwijl het eerst wel geaccepteerd zou worden??? Dit is een blamage en volgens de rechtsbijstand heb ik logischerwijs gewoon recht op die kwijtscheldig....opnieuw contact gezocht via het formulier maar krijg niks meer terug...dit alles terwijl ze nu dreigen dat ik t volledige bedrag binnen 1 maand moet betalen ondanks mijn budget van 35 per week ( met geluk trouwens) 50% van de tijd is het net 30 eu....dit is schandalig en ik snap gelijk al die klachten over onvriendelijkheid en geen service....gvd wat een teringzooitje hier...zeker omdat je verplicht bent om met deze instantie te dealen...deze instantie zou zwaar onder de loop moeten worden genomen door de overheid want dit kan echt absoluut niet Right to remission for living eu 35 per week with social assistance and food bank. P	Paul Bakker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totaal onzinnige belasting. Heb aow met 20 euro pensioen. Krijg vanuit het niets een aanmaning waardoor ik nu geacht wordt 576,17 te betalen. Hoe dan ?? Door de lockdown heb ik ongeveer 6 a 7 maanden zonder inkomsten gezeten zodat mijn aow ook niet aangevuld kon worden. Heb inmiddels huur achterstand, achterstand zorgverzekering en ben nu privé spullen aan het verkopen om boodschappen te kunnen doen. Je hoort het steeds vaker om je heen: Nederland is een prima land....alleen niet voor Nederlanders. Totally pointless tax. Have state pension with 20 euros pension. Out of nowhere I get a reminder that I am now expected to pay 576.17. How ?? Toch heb ik tot tweemaal toe zonder verdere aankondiging een aanmaning gekregen met de inmiddels welbekende 8 euro extra kosten. Mij lijkt het evident dat wanneer er zoveel klachten via dit medium geplaatst worden, je hier als bedrijf alles aan doet om de klant tevreden te houden. Het begint met duidelijke communicatie. Get the job done, SVHW! Unfortunately I am not satisfied with the SVHW either. As usual, I pay my bills immediately. Nevertheless, I received a reminder twice without further notice with the now well-known 8 euros extra costs. It seems obvious to me that when so many complaints are posted via this medium, you as a company do everything you can to keep the customer satisfied. It starts with clear communication.
