B	Bas Scholten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful people. Friendly note in our room at arrival. Nice bed. Not a large room but don't need that much space. We parked are the P&R Meerhoven. Then with bike to the hotel. A lot of great restaurants on walking distance. Breakfast is very good. Had no problems. Only one point. It can be a little bit noisy.

When I arrived at 2am in the morning for the second night they told me that they have cancelled my stay because I did not come the first night and therefore they don't have a room for me. Later they refused to refund me the money. I strongly suggest to stay away from this hotel!

I booked a specific type of room and received another. I paid more for the one I wanted. When I asked to be changed, they were reluctant and "sold" it to me as if I had luck because there was the last available of this type of room... Yeah, the one that I paid for.

When we had to unexpectedly stay another night in the city, Alex was there to help us get into a new room. He was witty and charming as well as generous with his time and attention...a pleasure to interact with. We would definitely stay here again.
Y	Yoo Velinova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite happy with my stay here. Very friendly staff, nice and cleanly room. On top of that, they allow long-term stay (in my case a month), which saved me! Additionally, the location is perfect - close to the center, yet far enough for some peace and quiet. The only thing I would've appreciated having is a little fridge, but it's doable even without it.
