S	Sanna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order but I’m happy it’s possible to still cancel. Absolutely HORRIBLE service, they lie, don’t answer emails anymore once they have your money. I do not recommend ordering anything from this place.

Our order was supposed to be delivered the first week of October and now they said it will be here in the second week of November. Also, even though you pay for a “home delivery”, they do not promise to deliver to your house. They might actually just drop the whole package in front of the elevator and leave. Of course they only tell you that after you have already ordered and paid. That is simply unacceptable since they sell large and heavy things. The whole reason why most people order a home delivery is because they cannot physically lift those things themselves - so you pay someone else to do that service for you. For a business that caters to individual customers (and not other businesses), I find that completely unacceptable and terrible customer service. On the plus side, they do have very nice copper accessories for the bathroom which I have't been able to find in any other store.
J	Joey Luo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first purchase I made was a shower sliding door. when I paid, the product was in stock and it said it would be delivered within 2-3 days. 2 days after, they told me the product would only be delivered after 13 weeks! Second purchase was a bathroom tap. Product didn't arrive on time because they put my address(207-2) wrongly into (2072), so the delivery company can't find my apartment obviously. The part that is really unacceptable is they knew they did a mistake when I was asking them why the product didn't arrive, they chose to tell me that they couldn't check with the delivery company. Only after I checked with the delivery company, I found out it's Sanitairkamer's mistake. In short, irresponsible business.

Supplier did not prepare the bathtub which was ordered. After few phones, they quickly arranged replacement. Got it 5-6 days later, but thankfully it didn't block my work.
P	Petra D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointed - I ordered a complete toilet system from them and I noticed (too late) that the toilet pot is not the brand/EAN I had ordered, but a completely different one (a hundred euro cheaper or so, after some googling). I tried contacting them on two different channels, yet absolutely no reply in 2 weeks. I guess that's the customer service you get after you've paid...
