★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant has the worst costumer service, I did an order through the app Thuisberzogd and in almost two hours they didn't delivered the food, when I decided to call the restaurant the employee was extremely sarcastic telling me if I want that she's bringing the food to me, she dared to say that there's nothing they can do it, as the one who's supposing to deliver the food got lost, so I do not recommend this restaurant at all, just ruined my evening and right know I have to contact the app to cancel this order, such a waist of time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled my 14 euro orders via Uber eats. When called them asking for explanation they told me the minimum order is 24 euros. But they still advertise on Uber Eats minimum order of 10 Euro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered delivery about a week ago--a large-ish sashimi combo, a veggie combo, and a specialty roll. No problems with delivery time. The app charges for wasabi/chopsticks etc. and we didn't add any, but the restaurant included a lot for free with the combos, as I'd expected/hoped. Everything was good except the tako. Usually I eat the ebi first, because it's the first thing that goes off in delivery sushi, but the ebi from Sanks was fine and it was the tako that didn't taste fresh. Over all, still happy with our order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sanks is the best and fresh sushi around West of Amsterdam.
But they are horrible with delivery time. It takes on average 2 hours for the order to arrive even when you order with their website. You call expecting to know why its taking so long and sometimes they don't answer.
I still order with them sometimes but it's always stressful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually order from here and they have great sushi but tonight was not the case. initially the crispy vega and half of the avocado maki was straight up missing. i then called and no explanation was given as to why these were missing just that they would contact the delivery person. i called again an hour later to be met with "so do you have a question or?" after i explained calmly that i had ordered an hour earlier and wanted to see if i was going to get the rest of my order. they said a new order was almost on the way. this order only had the crispy vega and not the missing half of the avocado maki. the new crispy vega also tasted strange (perpahs hastily made)

They also charge for chopsticks and soy sauce. Unbelievable.
