★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het personeel is vriendelijk, gemoedelijk. Je kan bij binnenkomst zelf drinken-, koek- of chocolade pakken. Bij bloed- of plasma geven word er nog gevraagd of je drinken wilt en in welke arm je geprikt wilt worden. Genoeg ruimte tussen elke donor. Als het je eerste keer is stellen ze je op je gemak.
The staff is friendly, jovial. You can grab a drink, cookie or chocolate yourself upon arrival. When giving blood or plasma, you will be asked if you want to drink and in which arm you want to be pricked. Enough space between each donor. If it's your first time they put you at ease.
