★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben een tijdje geleden een borduurmachine geimporteerd uit China waarbij we alle kosten hebben voldaan. Santova is nu weken aan het zeggen dat wij de invoerrechten en BTW kosten nog moeten betalen terwijl wij deze al betaald hebben! Heel erg onprofessioneel dus..
A while ago we imported an embroidery machine from China and paid all costs. Santova has been saying for weeks now that we still have to pay the import duties and VAT costs while we have already paid them! So very unprofessional..
