C	ComunidadAérea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sauna is not special, to small for a lot of people. The floor is very nasty, water in everywhere and they don´t give shoes to the people. The location is perfect, just in the town, 5 mins from the Central Station. I had a bad experience with the receptionist when I was to pay, he asked me if I was a PayBoy, very impolite and a bad attitude for a client. If you want have fun, the place is ok, but in Amsterdam all the places are very underground. Some waiters can be rude and with not elegant manners. Inside, an smoking area. I don´t know if they have cameras inside but you can see a warning in the entrance and inside as well about that. According to the EU it´s not allowed.

All or most of the guys are great and very friendly. Some have even become good friends. My partner and I always feel welcomed and have a great time. Wish I had a sauna like this at home. Thanks for the fun time guys.

My criticisms are that the facility was pretty small, with just one hot tub, and two different a saunas; there were also dark rooms.

R	Reason Restored on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of money went into the original development and the facilities are good. Recent removal of the smoking room (legislative changes) are not the saunas fault, but it now feels too open and bright, like a school canteen, so not as relaxing. They need to lower the lighting or put a colour in it, and maybe petition the now huge sitting area so it doesn’t feel like a waiting room at central station. The place needs to pay attention to the physical experience because staff have been generally uninterested or downright rude for many years. I would recommend it despite the stafff. It’s always clean, often very busy and entrance and drinks are fair processie etc.
