★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vooraf prettig contact en snelle reactie. Helaas was de vertaling van slechte kwaliteit en daardoor onbruikbaar. Klacht daarover niet goed afgehandeld: in feite werd er niet geluisterd en werd alleen hun eigen standpunt steeds herhaald. Wilden geen compensatie bieden. Uiteindelijk dus een slechte ervaring. Geen aanrader, dit bureau.
 Pleasant contact and quick response in advance. Unfortunately, the translation was of poor quality and therefore unusable. Complaint about this was not handled properly: in fact they did not listen and only their own point of view was repeated over and over. Would not offer compensation. Ultimately a bad experience. Not recommended, this office.
